Return Policy

At Windeco Building Supply, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Regular items (excluding those listed in the exceptions) may be exchanged or refunded within 21 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Return Process: Returns can be processed either in-store. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on Windeco’s part, customers will be responsible for return shipping and delivery costs. A 15% handling charge may be applied if the entire order is returned.

4. Non-Eligible Items: Opened packages, damaged items, used products, items not in resalable condition, or items without an original receipt are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions

1. Tiles & Mosaics: Tiles and mosaics cannot be returned if the purchase exceeds 15 days due to potential shade and batch variations.

2. Final Sale Items: Spruces, paint products (tinted and non-tinted), shower doors, bathtubs, vanities, shower panels, clearance and sale items, special orders, and cut-to-length or modified products are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.

3. Winter-Related Products: Liquid, fluid, and paste materials including but not limited to tile glue, silicone and caulking, compound, and wood filler that may freeze during winter months (November 1 - May 1) are final sale.

Customer Notice:

1. Product Specifications: Please verify the size and specifications before purchasing. Follow the product instructions and consult a professional if needed. Windeco is not responsible for unsuitable sizes or improper use of products.

2. Installation: We do not guarantee or warrant the installation of products due to varying practices and conditions beyond our control.

3. Tiles and Mosaics: Ensure that you purchase enough square footage for your entire project in one go to guarantee consistent shade and size. Inspect all tiles and mosaics for size, color, and visual defects before installation. Claims made after installation or beyond the return period will not be accepted.

4. Polished Tiles: Polished tiles must be sealed with an appropriate sealer before grouting to prevent staining. Claims related to improper use or installation will not be accepted.

Windeco reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange. Government-issued ID may be required.
